 Mogan's Cafe was established in 2003 and is located in Pacific Palisades at the corner of
 Sunset Blvd & Palisades Dr (base of the Palisades Highlands) in the Highlands Plaza. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with local delivery everyday starting at 5pm. Mogan's is more than a cafe. We are also part coffee house with an extensive list of coffee drinks and fresh baked muffins, coffee cake, croissants, scones, and much more.
